Options

The Options dialogue boxes, (I say dialogue boxes because there a number of tabbed dialogue boxes in it) are where you set the way outlook Express works, it's where you can set things like play a sound when a new e-mail arrives or set the time to check for new e-mails. The Options are accessed through the tools menu and select the options item at the bottom of the menu.

Selecting The options menu item will show you the screen shown on the right, we will not go through them all as there are so many but we will look at the main ones. You cannot really make a mess of it if you experiment with the settings.
