Options Compose Tab

This will set the way the font (text) is displayed for both the mail and news items you send. newsgroups are described here

All these settings are pretty straight forward and a little experimentation should prduce some interesting results.

Personally, I have left my e-mail fonts and designs with those set by default when I first installed it.
