An example of a reply to Sender window

Reply to sender just means that you are replying to the e-mail as you might with a letter that comes through the post.

As you can see, the e-mail is opened in it's own window with all the menus and tools that you need in order to perform this action.

The address of the sender is already placed into the To box.

The subject line has also been inserted automatically and the original e-mail is displayed in the message window to be sent back with your reply so that the sender knows what the e-mail is about.

You just need to start typing your reply where the text cursor is flashing and then click on the Send button.

Again, I have erased who the e-mail is sent to for security reasons
