Reply to All

Example of reply to All window

Clicking on the Reply to All option will open a window similar to the reply to sender window but with one difference.

Where there is only one address in the to field, if you were replying to all, that would imply more than one person and so there would be two or more addresses in the To field.

Again, sinilar to the reply to sender option you would type in your message at the flashing cursor and Click on the send button sending the original e-mail to all recipients so that they know what the reply pertains to.
