The move to folder option give you the opportunity to move an e-mail from one folder to another, for example you could move e-mail from the Inbox to the Subscriptions folder to store your subscription einformation when they drop into the inbox.

Moving an e-mail to another folder is done in the following way:

1. click on the folder to selctect the folder you wish to move the e-mail to

(If you wish to create a new folder to move it to the select the folder you wish to create a new folder in and click on the Create button)

2. Click on the OK button

If you do not wish to move an e-mail to another folder click on the cancel button

 

Copying an e-mail to a folder

Copying an e-mail to a folder involves the same steps but this will cause a copy of the e-mail copied to remain in the orginal folder so you will end up with two copies of the same e-mail in two different folders.
