Forward as Attachment
An attchment is an extra file that is waiting on your hard disk drive that will be sent along with the e-mail you compose (write). You can attach more than one file to an e-mail and it's like having your origial sheet of paper, a written letter say, and attaching extra pieces of paper with additional notes to it with a paper clip. Clicking on the Forward as an Attachment option will bring up a window similar to that shown on the right. It is similar to the composing an e-mail window in that you have to: Insert the e-mail address(s) of the recpient(s) Type a subject Type in a message to the recipient(s) The only difference here is that the original e-mail has been designated as an attachment and therefore there is no original email to send till you write (compose) one. (that is why the message body is blank) After composing the e-mail, click on the Send button and the original e-mail will be attached automatically and sent along with it.
