Add Sender to Address Book

Outlook Express has a facility that allows you to add the sender of an e-mail to the address book automatically. This works in the following way:

1. Click on the Add Sender to Address Book option

2. If you do not have that sender n the address book, it will just put there, the screen will blink and it will be done.

3. if you have already placed the sender in the address book, you will get a message box displayed informing you of this.

NOTE:- You can check if the sender has been placed in the address book by clicking on the Address Book icon on the tool bar and that will list all the people in your address book.
