Yahoo Services You may have noticed that on the screen shot of my Internet Explorer tools menu, there is an option for Yahoo Services. This is not a standard Internet Explorer menu option and is placed there by my Internet Service Provider (ISP) as part of thier software. They install Yahoo this and Yahoo that, a BT/Yahoo type of web browser like some sort of virus and it gets wrapped up in all your internet programs. (I'm quite happy with Internet Explorer and Firefox). Unfortunately I can't get rid of it like a virus or I won't be able to access the internet while I am with them which as they cannot maintain an uninterrupted internet connection (and thier technical help is next to useless, I had to figure out things that went wrong myself) won't be for much longer. I have signed an agreement for them to take a monthly payment for the first 12 months and as they ignore user queries and cannot fix technical problems, then that's when my association with them ends. Besides they are charging way too much and that needs to stop. So, ignore that entry on the Tools menu, it will be gone by August 2007.
